This condo prides itself for being one of the very few on the island thats its directly on the water.
The Living room of Beach Club #304 is brightly decorated exuding light from floor to ceiling. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter this spacious 2-bedroom coastal retreat, with comfortable seating for those spontaneous movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped to make that perfect home cooked meal. Relax on the outdoor sofa or dine oceanside on your large, private balcony while soaking in the panoramic ocean views. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail or freshly brewed morning cup of coffee.

Community Amenities: Resort amenities include two ocean side pools (heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, fitness center and sauna. Although there is no water access, Smather’s Beach is conveniently located just steps away next door. There are plenty chaise lounges around the pool area as well as a cabana to enjoy during those sunny island afternoons.
Additional things to know:
The Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement.

Key West OceanView
The main reason we rented this condo was for the oceanview, and it did not disappoint! Sitting on the balcony during the day was one of our favorite things to do!The condo itself was stocked with all the necessities to make yourself comfortable and enjoy the area! This unit is away from all the action, but we had access to Uber, Uber Eats, Publix Instacart, etc. to get whatever we needed. We also rented a golf cart for 3 days to visit all the sites in Key West.We would stay definitely stay in this condo again if we stay in Key West!Ronald S.

Have stayed in this condo complex several times, you can’t beat it! We had another awesome week in KW! Condo very clean, king bed very comfortable!! Pool area and sand bars out back are wonderful! The condo in KWBC was absolutely stunning!
The condo in KWBC was absolutely stunning! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The towels and linens were very soft and lush. The view every morning was sunrise over turquoise water. Yes, there was the seaweed and an odor when you first went outside, but we got used to it very quickly, and it never kept us from using the balcony. As a matter of fact, we spent most of our time out there when we were at the condo and not out exploring the island. Loved having a parking spot at the condo, and stayed parked there until we actually left the island for dinner one night. We definitely got our steps in every day, but it was worth it! We will be coming back to Key West and booking KWBC #304 again. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!Nicole Connelly
