The space
Welcome to the Perfect Cape Getaway! This fantastic home has just been added to the rental market and is a rare find in Cape Coral! This villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. View the awesome sunsets out by the pool or on the large dock with this home’s western rear exposure, while enjoying the comfortable, new up scaled furnishings. This Getaway retreat is a boater’s dream, with its quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 master suites. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master on the first floor has a king-size bed and a pool bath. The remaining bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 4 bunk beds- perfect for the extended family. The 2nd floor features the 2nd master with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the extra wide canal. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have new bedding and upgraded linens! The electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, boating, golfing, fishing or enjoying other nearby activities the Cape has to offer. The Kitchen has been fully stocked with all the modern conveniences of home and everything the family chef will need while on vacation. The 2 car garage and circular driveway offer plenty of parking. This villa is located in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shops.

Typical electric usage of $8 per day ($56 per week) is included in the rate. Additional Electric usage above that amount will be deducted from your security deposit at $0.14 per kwH. Renee's home is very spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are kept in great condition, super clean and enjoyable. Kitchen and patio are great for cooking, grilling and having fun. Views from the kitchen, patio and upper floor balcony are amazing! The pool is great, access to the canal for kayaking is a lot of fun for people from all ages. In short, a great vacation home for family or groups of friends.Kaity

Great location, plenty of space for 14! Lots of towels, 2 sets of washers and dryers are nice! Having use of 2 ovens also helped out a lot!! Nice heated pool!Joan

This was a well stocked and beautiful home. Everything you could need was there. Lots of pool towels. Very clean! Renee was a great host with any questions we had. Being on the canal with the kayaks was great fun for the grandkids. And the pool was great. Great home overall. The only complaint is that the master bed downstairs wasn't so comfortable for senior citizen's backs.Jeff

Great house and location. The house has more than everything needed to have a great time and experience. Tons of dishes, towels, extra coffee maker, 2 refrigerators. We never ran out of anything!Stephanie

Nice house in great surroundings.
Nice house in great surroundings. We were three families with 7 children and 6 adults and there was more than enough space. The hosts responded quickly and clearly to all our entire stays. The kids loved the pool and we had nice evenings at sunset on the dock. Own jetty and boat spot, and boat rental right on the canal so that we had our own boat under the stay. It is recommended, as you can experience the islands and see dolphins and sea cows on your own!!Kelly
This place was great!
This place was great! Had three families staying here for vacation and the house accommodated us all with no problems. Having the pier was a great addition that allowed us to rent a boat and go out on the water each day. After spending hours on the water, the pool offered a refreshing break that the kids adored! The upstairs balcony gave us great views of the sunset and night sky. The location was very convenient to local restaurants, nearby stores, and although the beaches were a bit aways, it didn't seem that far. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped; with pans, plates, cups, etc and was even stocked with spices! We had an exceptionally great time in Cape Coral and look forward to doing it again!Beth
