This 1100 sq. ft. condo faces the beach directly with a view of the beach through the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen and the spare bedroom face the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the spare bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a queen-size bed in the fold-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is complete with cutlery, dishes, cookware, pots and utensils as well as a coffee-maker and a toaster. The unit has a full size stove, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer and a dishwasher as well as a TV and DVD player in each of the bedrooms. There is access to cable TV and WiFi.
There is a full-size heated pool and adjoining Jacuzzi. The building is a short walk from a plaza with a Supermarket, drug store, and other specialty shops. There are many excellent restaurants within a short walk or drive. John's Pass is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive with restaurants, parasailing, jet ski and boat rentals as well as deep-sea fishing, and dinner or dolphin-watching cruises. Busch Gardens in Tampa is a 40 minute drive, and the theme parks in Orlando are only 90 minutes away.
Madeira Beach is one of the many well-known resort areas stretching along Gulf Boulevard. Dunedin, Clearwater, Indian Rocks and Redington Beach are resort communities situated within 20 minutes drive to the north of Madeira Beach. Treasure Island and St. Petersburg Beach are located within 10 minutes to the south. Most spring training camps of the Major League Baseball teams are located in this immediate area.

If the TENANT cancels his/her reservation, all funds received will be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by OWNER for the reservation period. OWNER will make every effort to find a replacement TENANT. If OWNER is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the lease, at the same rate and terms, the TENANT will receive a refund of the deposit paid less $100 US. There is no guarantee that a replacement TENANT will be secured and there is no guarantee the TENANT will receive a refund if a replacement TENANT is not secured.
