BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 is a Large Master suite with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, double granite sink, walk in shower and large walk-in closet with plenty of storage and hangers.  Smart tv and 2 large dressers. Ceiling fan and sliding glass door with access to pool.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with Queen size bed, smart tv, dressers and large closet with plenty of storage and hangers. Ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 twin sofa bed that will pull out to a king size bed. Smart tv, dressers and large closet with hangers. Ceiling fan.
Family Bathroom next to Bedroom 2 and 3 with door access to pool. The granite vanity countertop has plenty of counter space. Tub/shower combo. Hair dryer included.

LIVING AREA:
Spacious living area, new furniture with a 60” smart tv, wireless and high speed internet. Games and books included for adults and children. Sliding patio door lead onto the lanai and pool area. Open them up for the full Florida experience! Nice patio area outside for relaxing with a ceiling fan.

KITCHEN
Granite countertops in a gourmet kitchen fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs. Toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher and all the kitchen tools you need. Wine glasses, china and serving dishes. Refrigerator has ice maker.

DINING
Inside Cape Escape are 2 separate dining areas: formal glass table with 4 chairs and lunch/breakfast counter with seating for 3. Pool area has a table with umbrella and 4 chairs plus additional seating area with table for drinks.

LAUNDRY ROOM
A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. Extra blankets also.

STORAGE
Inside the garage you will find pool floats, pool toys, coolers, beach chairs and three bicycles for guests use. *Please note that garage is not available for parking. Vehicles will need to be parked in the driveway*

LONG TERM RENTALS WELCOME (up to 6 months). THIS HOME IS CLEANED THOROUGHLY AFTER ALL GUESTS.

A couple of blocks by foot to the grocery store. Only 20 minutes to Ft. Myers beach, less than 10 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club, public beach, fishing pier, tennis courts, activity center and a senior center. Convenient to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Ft. Myers Beach.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation. If no electric charge was included, it will be charged at $0.18/kwh with $25/week free allowance based on actual usage.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
