Property Description
Beautiful modern eco friendly home with access to the River through small garden. House is on two levels with bedrooms upstairs. The master suite bedroom has a balcony facing the river. It has a king size bed and there is extra space to have temporary bed/s for children. We are only able to have two adults per bedroom. The bathroom is large with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, his and hers wash basins and toilet.

Private Dock is 42 feet long.

In the living area there is a large screen TV with cable.. In the kitchen it is possible to use the frig., freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Rosemary was a wonderful
Rosemary was a wonderful Host from start to finish. Great location. She even offered to pick me up from the airport for a small $20 fee. If you’re in the area and are looking for a place to stay, definitely consider staying here! King size bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. If I pass through Fort Lauderdale in the future, I will be staying here again.Barbara

This was a relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of Fort Lauderdale. Clean and quiet! And don’t miss the pub about a 20 minute walk. (Riverfront?) that they recommend. It’s not to be missed! Thanks for that recommendation! See you again!Truman

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary’s! My daughter and I were so impressed with the large bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. I loved the balcony off the bedroom that overlooked the river. We slept so well on the comfortable mattress which was just the right firmness. Rosemary was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at her quiet home. The bathroom was very spacious and the balcony had a wonderful view! When we arrived, there were a few unwelcome guests (tiny ants) in the bed but Rosemary was quick to throw everything in the dryer and they never came back. For the price it’s a good value!
