Property Description
Make life-long memories at this newly remodeled unique and family-friendly home directly on the river. Watch the boats go by or rent one nearby. Enormous screened in pool area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida weather and stay cool in the pool or warm in the winter). An outdoor kitchen/bar area with plenty of seating. Beds for 14 and a large great room with plenty of room to relax and entertain. In no time, your regular daily routine is forgotten and your stress is melted away.
We have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and extra beds to sleep up to 14 people. The pool is salt water and heated. We see dolphins and manatees often (especially in the winter). And you can fish off the dock (we provide kayaks and fishing poles). Bring your boat or rent one nearby. With no houses across the river and away from the city lights, the scenery is spectacular and the stars are bright. Grab and book, sit next to the river and watch the boats go by. Or enjoy playing our provided lawn games. Bring your pet(s). The entire back yard is fenced. We have neighbors close by, so please respect them with low music volume and low noise after 10pm.
