You will be within walking distance or the Jolly Trolley that runs every 30 minutes up Mandalay avenue and along the beach to the famous Pier 60, restaurants, bars and shopping, dinner cruises, boat rides, dolphin encounter tours, deep sea fishing and much more.
Beautiful sunsets await you on Sunset Beach. Walk out your back door to a private gate that leads to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Walk barefoot in the soft white sand and swim in the warm Gulf waters. Clearwater Beach was recently rated in the top 5 best beaches in the state of Florida by cable TV's Travel Channel.

Great Beach Trip
This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it has new tile floors throughout house as well as a beach toys area and a kayak! It also has a charcoal grill instead of gas since we stayed last. We love this house and location and will be back! The backyard is our favorite and you can't beat the very short walk to the beach! Thanks Julia for another great vacation!Greg S.
Clearwater Beach House
Very nice location! Beach right outside, private neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Streetlight keeps the backyard lit at night, but not too bad. The T.V.'s arent needed. Trolley was a great feature with a short walk to pick up pointAngela K.

Love this place
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need. The fenced in backyard is great for the dog and is a great place to gather. Having a pool and a hot tub are an added bonus. The property owner is great to work with. The backyard pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The 2 minute walk to the quiet beach allowed us quick access to enjoy walks on the beach, wading in the water and watching the sunset. The street is quiet and beds are comfortable. A private and relaxing oasis! We couldn’t have imagined a better vacation.A perfect stay!

We couldn't ask for anything more in this lovely home. We had the best time of our lives! We enjoyed our own private pool and the beautiful ocean was only steps away. Seriously, this was the best family vacation we ever had! And the best part for us... our dog, Buddy, got to join us! (Not always easy to find this) The house was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable.
