Renee was a great host.
Renee was a great host. We had a family Christmas dinner at the house and cooked for 8. The kitchen is outfitted great and the grill had never been used. There were plenty of place settings, pots / pans and utensils to cook a great family dinner. The house was a great size and gave us all some room to spread out. We were fighting some Christmas crud and the extra bedrooms / bathrooms made it easy to keep a little separation form those that were sick vs. those that still felt well. Renee communicated effectively throughout the visit, even though we were there over the Christmas weekend.Amy

We loved our time at Villa Dawn! Great house for a large family! The only issues we had were running out of propane after a few times use on the bbq, no propane for the fire pit, and no pool heat for first 2 days. Luckily my husband was able to figure out the heater for the pool. Renee answered all questions promply leading up to our stay! Renee granted us early arrival, which was awesome, and she supplied a high chair for our grandson. The house has everything you need for your stay! The outdoor area is phenomenal! Comfortable beds and very nice furniture! Everything was just like the pictures on the airbnb site. We would definitely rent Villa Dawn again!Bob
We had a rocky start to the vacation.
We had a rocky start to the vacation. It advertised has a heated pool, but the water was 58 degees. After the maintenance guy came it took 3 days for it to heat up. Also, on the 2nd night a faulty smoke detector woke is at around 3am…it was in the great room and required a very tall ladder. We were just about ready to check into a hotel, the sound was unbearable. The remainder of the stay was nice, but having a disabled family member for the first 5 nights, who had looked forward to using the pool, was super disappointing. Over all, the home is very nice with the 2 masters at either end of the home and the patio was like a resort. The home is very well equiped with everything you could possibly want. We were fortunate to of had a 12 night stay so I can say the bulk of the stay was excellent.Jessica

We greatly enjoyed the home. It is beautiful, clean, well-kept, and well equipped. The outdoor space is particularly lovely with hot tub, pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and beautiful seating area by the canal. We had one small issue with the air conditioning in one zone of the home and Renee was highly responsive in sending assistance. We did have to purchase propane for use with the grill. Otherwise, we made wonderful family memories and enjoyed great fun and relaxation! We would most certainly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again one day.Contact Owner
