We were the first guest to stay at location

We were the first guest to stay at location with some minor/major issues depending on an individual’s view point. All we believe can improve with experiences with future guest. Positives, home looks just as the pictures show. Neighborhood and stay was peaceful. The tiniest ants ever were in the kitchen. Without seeing them up close blended in with the counter tops and became visible after finding them inside some of our open cookies and crackers. The host can improve on response time. Although she is very pleasant. Upon arrival a vehicle was in the driveway. We were unsure if someone was at the property. A few hours prior to arriving we shared an eta that appeared to have never been viewed and could have been an opportunity to make us aware of the car. After waiting we decided to go in properly and heard from host next morning. Our stay was extended 4 days due to a family emergency. The response to the request to extend was about 24 hours later. On the second to last day the septic tank alarm went off and caused one toilet to be in operational. Phone call and text message was made. Today is three days later and one day after check out still no response. Hence, some would view response time as minor while others would view major. Even in this case I would stay again.

Beautiful home with large open living space.

Beautiful home with large open living space. Living space included spacious kitchen with large kitchen island and large living room area with large screen tv and 3 in 1 gaming table(pool, air hockey, and ping pong) and also had video games and books for reading. Has a nice large screened in patio at the back of the home. Chairs and couch inside and on the patio were comfortable to sit in. Has 3 good sized bedrooms (note that the 3rd bedroom is more of a kids bedroom where the 2 beds are bunkbeds). Both the master bathroom and common bathroom were good sized with nice showers. It was myself and my Mom who stayed for a month, but it would be a good space for a family with kids also. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay for us. Our host, Renee, was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this space for anyone to stay for a vacation and/or to relax.
