Great stay!
Nice open condo! Plenty of room for everyone! Great open floor plan! Beach was gorgeous and so close! The Tiki Bar at the resort was great for food and drinks! Communication with the owner, Justin was above and beyond anything I had experienced before! Will definitely be back!Shreta G.
Location, Location, Location
This is a great property as far as the location goes. Walk out the back of the building and the beach is right there. The condo/apartment building has a nice bar/restaurant right on the beach. We had four kids under 8 and this was great as we never had to leave the beach to go get food. One thing to note is that the condo does not allow you to take your own food or drinks to the beach. But with the kids it was great to not have to drive around to go to the beach and worry about parking and lugging things around. The building/resort has a coffee shop and Italian restaurant too. Cars need to be valet parked. The condo itself is very cozy and inviting. The owner, Justin, was very helpful and prompt with his communication. He also recommended kid friendly places we could visit. He was also kind enough to leave us a bottle of very good wine. The condo has lots of closet/storage space. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, utensils. Thank you, Justin, We had a great time. We would definitely recommend this condo.Karen D.
Comfortable - easy access to beach
This condo was comfortable for my family of 4 and had easy access to the beach. It was very clean and the owner did everything he could to inform us about the unit and the area. The building's valet parking staff was friendly and easy to work with.Patsy D.

Fort Lauderdale OM Stay
We had a great time. We could walk everywhere. The owner allows pets and we have two large dogs. Everyone was welcoming and did not care about the dogs. There were many dogs at the hotel. We walked the beach at sunrise with the dogs and there were few people on the beach at that time. The condo was great size for us and our two children who are 18 and 21. The beds we’re comfortable. I suggest a book with local restaurants and menus. We stumbled about margarita Monday in Lauderdale by the sea. Excellent food and $8 margaritas on that night. We ate at the Ocean Grill, DaVinchys, Tiki bar and hotel Italian restaurant. The grocery store is only .2 miles away. We made several trips there and ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. We are coffee drinkers and cups were 6 oz size so we had several cups. Overall I would definitely recommend and Justin is available if needed. We had an excellent time. Sat by pool most days. Kids went parasailing in Pompano Beach which is only 5 miles away. And they took Uber for that. Great time for our family. Thanks. The DavidsonsContact Owner
