The backyard is very comfortable and clean, has ample seating, a heated large pool with spa, TIKI Hut with outdoor dining and featuring a gas grill.
The house is located walking distance from fleet deep sea fishing boats and Hillsboro Inlet were you can fish on your own with fishing poles we are supplying in our house, we also have all kind of beach toys, moray boogie board , bikes ,wagon to take your toys to the beach ,chairs and towels. Our beach is private with the gate access.
Every room in the house has Smart TV, high speed internet and cable
Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the common family room. The kitchen is well-stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food with plates and silverware for maximum occupancy. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The formal dining table off the foyer seats 10. There is additional 3 bar stools in the kitchen area.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to promote privacy off the common area. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. The second guest bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Third bedroom has queen mattress. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a futon. All rooms are equipped with smart Tv’s.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom with the King and queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a shared area bathroom that sits adjacent from the bedroom off the living room with a standing shower.
Other Amenities: Home has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great location and comfortable house for a group vacation
Our extended family had a great vacation at this home. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this place, but there are some pros and cons guests should be aware of: Pros: 1. the backyard and pool area are amazing, with plenty of space for lounging, eating and hanging out in the sun or shade. 2. Beach access is just 1 block in either direction. 3. The house had many amenities, including beach stuff and kitchenware 4. The management was responsive and easy to deal with. 5. The 5 bedrooms allowed our extended family to fit cozily. Cons: 1. If you are expecting everything to be be in pristine condition this is not the place for you. It is obvious this place gets used a lot and the furniture, finishes, fixtures and appliances show it. The bathroom needs some maintenance with slow drains and loose fixtures. 2. The AC is uneven with some rooms too hot and some too cold. 3. It was clean when we arrived but not spotless. 4. There is construction going on next door. It was ok for us but you should be aware if you are noise-sensitive. 5. The house could use another beach fob. Managing 1 beach fob for our group involved a lot of logistics.Priscilla G.

Awesome family vacation spot!
The house was perfectly located a few minutes walk to a private beach. The house was beautiful and equipped with all essentials, pool accessories, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Pool and hot tub were such a fun time, but would have been great if the property had the pool vacuum available for us to use. Denise, the property manager was also very friendly and helpful - will definitely be recommending and hope to come back soon!Deborah Y.
