Our Home is newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom plus there is a new pool and Hot Tub on the salt water canal good for fishing
Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to Beach, along with multiple other beautiful beaches like: Boca Raton, Delray beach and Ft Lauderdale.
There are two kayaks for you to use two fishing poles to fish in front of the house on the deck there are also two bicycles.
The house is located on a quiet canal just 15 min with kayak to Al Capone Island
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, master closet. The Master bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a shower/bath tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, night stand and closet. The third bedroom has a queen beds with a large closet. There are 2 more full bathroom for guest bedrooms. There is also Family Room close with glass door for privacy with two twin beds use as 4th bedroom
Laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and flat screen tv with cable and WIFI.
Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella 6 lounge chairs and gas BBQ There is a large front yard and the backyard is fenced in for privacy, with Tiki Hut and Circular driveway. There are linens for up to 10 guests, sheets for all of the beds.
Vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. We have high chair and pack -n- play. Regular housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made with Denise There are beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella.

We enjoyed this house. Enjoyed that the master is on one end of the house and the other bedrooms are on the other side. Nice pool and hot tub. The house and pool were clean and well kept. When we couldn't figure out the grill or how to change the temperature on the hot tub, the owner showed up right away to help us. Easy check in and out.Christopher D.

Pleasantly surprised
We were attending our daughter’s graduation from FAU and needed a place to stay for 4 days. This property was located in the perfect location! The home had lots of amenities and the pool is what sold us when we booked. Although a few maintenance items were noted, for the age of the property and the fact it is a rental, it was overall well maintained and had everything that was advertised. Birthday Vacation
It was amazing staying at your property. We had a cookout and cooked dinner on other days had things we needed just need at least one or two more pans other than that it was great. The pool and spa were absolutely gorgeous. Every room was to our expectations loved we had extra towels and pool towels. We were able to use the cooler to take to the beach. Lovely getaway
