Let the games begin!
This property is just as pictured. It is one mile from the beach, so my family took advantage of walking instead of fighting with the parking. The location is central to other beaches and we tried each one! We loved that everything we needed for the beach was in the garage waiting for us to enjoy. The home is within walking distance to a Publix and a CVS. It is well loved but but comfortable. We spent most of our time by the pool or enjoying the ongoing tournament of ping pong on the back porch. Kevin is one of the most responsive managers I have ever experienced at a VRBO home, and I've been renting for 17 years. We quickly had our can opener replaced, replacement of the propane for the grill and a new ping pong net so the tournaments could continue. We found everything we needed except the baking pan for the cake I made! The only caution is for a family with really little ones that would nap, the home is close to a fire station and during the day the happy noise from the school behind may disturb a nap. Oldies but Goodies
Property was more than we expected. From all infomation gathered, photos, satellite image, ect, we couldn't have been happier. Proximity to beach fabulous. Actually walked to it several times. Neighborhood very quiet and all neighbors pretty much kept to themselves. LOVED layout of house. All had own space and bathroom. Swimming pool clean and extremely comfortable. We would absolutely rent again. As all aging houses do have some small problems, master bedroom sink lacks water pressure and hot water needs tweeked. Takes a good one, two minutes to warm. Hardly worth mentioning but Landlord will appreciate the heads up i'me sure. All in all for the money, a slam dunk.jessica t.
Great house
The house was great, close to the beach and lots of local attractions. It was clean upon arrival and we had no issues during our stay. The house had everything you could need. My kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table the most. Would def stay here again in the future :)jordan p.
Great time for a reasonable price!
This property was very nice and spacious for two families. We have 6 adults with two kids (1 and 3). The house was clean upon arrival with most basic necessities. We needed to buy TP and Tissues as they were not provided (nbd). We did rent cars which was good because the deerfield beach was close but not walking distance for little ones. The pool was amazing, the AC and all appliances worked great. The only trouble we had was one shower head head was not working properly and lots of mosquitoes in the AM and PM so bring bug spray! We also reached out to the landlord for early check and he was accommodating and prompt for all responses. The layout of the house was great giving us space if we needed it. There was high chair, pack n play, floats, sand toys, chairs and plenty of towels allowing us to pack light. I would absolutely stay here again!andrew m.

Great location and comfy home
I rented this house to host my family from abroad and the house was so comfortable that it was difficult to get my family to want to leave, so I good part of our vacation was simply hanging out by the patio playing ping pong, grilling and enjoying the pool. The rooms were spacious and the beds and sheets were of great quality. Plenty of towels, and all kitchen essentials. Overall we had a great experience.Joe W.

Great stay in Deerfield Beach
