Enjoy the two of the best things about 30A at 'All Our Summers', the beach and Eastern Lake! This unique Seagrove Beach rental sits on Eastern Lake and has its own private dock. The beach access is a quick 8 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride away! You will enjoy the back yard of this home which is complete with a covered first and second floor patio, out door seating, a grill and porch swing. The main living area of this home is on the second floor and looks out over the lake. The spacious living, kitchen and dining areas are all open to provide room for entertaining. The floor to ceiling windows let a ton of natural light in and a great view of Eastern Lake. The dining table seats six guests with a breakfast nook over by the kitchen for more seating and bar stools at the kitchen island.
With 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms your guests will be comfortable and cozy at the lake! There are 5 king size beds and 4 twins to sleep 14 guests comfortably. On the second floor with the main living area you will find 2 king suites, both with private en suites. On the first floor you will find 3 kings and a bunk room with 4 twins! Sliding glass doors open up from the first floor to the backyard. There is a covered car port for one vehicle and driveway parking for 3 more vehicles. Photos are coming soon of the renovation!
