Spacious yet cozy one-of-a-kind Key West style house brimming with old Florida charm, landscaped with native and Florida friendly plant species. This house is the perfect backdrop for your tropical island getaway. Sit back and relax by the huge southern exposure heated screened-in pool at this seaside cottage fully stocked for your vacation in paradise. Much more than a hotel room or a bare bones rental, every room has been specially curated with guests in mind.

Full size soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, ice maker, coolers, kitchen wares, (even waffle irons!) and decorated in casual coastal style with touches of whimsy, original art, Wi-Fi, games, books, magazines and puzzles.

Three unique bedrooms each with cable and smart TVs with streaming apps, private bathrooms and bidets on every toilet. Ample toilet paper, towels, bath bombs, bubble bath, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up remover cloths and hairdryers in every bathroom. Forgot a toothbrush? Need an aspirin? Extras of the necessities are always complimentary.

Master bedroom has Cal king pillow top hybrid bed (longer than regular king) and a 55” smart tv. Main floor guest suite has 2 queen beds - one hybrid plush mattress, one tempurpedic, and upstairs open loft suite has 2 convertible twin beds that can be used separately or moved together for a king size sleeping space (see photos). Extension cords next to beds to accommodate chargers.

Feed and be mesmerized by the tropical fish in the 60 gallon saltwater reef tank. Play the piano! Rock on the front porch and relax on the spacious back porch then take a leisurely dip in the wrap-around heated pool (no extra heating charge! 88 degrees in winter, or warmer in summer, just like the JW Marriott) Pool towels and floats provided, 2 outdoor dining spaces by pool and gas grill. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Need to work on vacay? No problem. New fiber optic Wi-Fi is complimentary... And you will have the best zoom meeting backgrounds ever!

Laundry room with ample supplies. Whole house Kinetico water dechlorinator and softener, for soft skin and hair. Kitchen additionally has reverse osmosis under-sink water purifier that also makes ice cubes. Guests can expect all the comforts of home: laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products, paper towels, garbage bags, and more. Both Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers with coffee pods, coffee, assorted teas, creamer, sugar, local honey, assorted sweeteners.

Pool and beach towels, beach chairs, toys, cooler, picnic basket, umbrella. Six (6) bikes with baskets, lights and bells. Full size fridge and freezer in garage. Full use of garage for parking encouraged.

All linens including blankets and comforters are washed and bleached / sanitized between each and every guest without exception. Entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Less than 1/8 mile to beach access (5 minute walk), 1/2 mile to shopping, restaurants, movie theater, JW Marriott and Hilton hotels.
