Cozy beach cottage in sought after Laguna Beach! Close to 30A and Pier Park, with dedicated beach (no high rises) 1.5 blocks away. Perfect for up to 2 families, 2 couples, or a friends trip!
King bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom with a twin trundle in an attached nook. Two full baths, one with shower/tub, one with shower only. Fully stocked kitchen with dining table for 4, plus couch and love seat in the living area. Large TV with sound bar. Washer and dryer.
Brand new Weber grill with propane provided. 8 beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart and rolling cooler provided for your beach days! Dedicated parking for up to 3 cars.
Wifi provided with Smart TV (connect with your Netflix, Hulu, etc) and limited Cable TV channels.
Pets welcome with pre-approval and $200 pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs). Fenced in back yard.
We provide high quality linens and towels, as well as freshly laundered duvet covers – no used comforters on our beds!

We found this gem last second and it was just a short walk to the beach and Thomas Donut and Snack Shop! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath house was comfortable for 7 adults and a dog. They even provided dog bowls and dog blankies! Sheila was a fantastic host and responded to all our questions quickly. We felt so welcome especially it being such a short notice booking. We plan on staying here again on our next visit to PCB!Amira A

Wonderful location just a few blocks from the beach. Home was spacious and clean. Enough room for my family of 6 to stay comfortably. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Would definitely come back!Paula S

We had a wonderful stay at Shelia’s place! The house was a charming cottage with a great beach house vibe. The location was fabulous, a quiet little neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach, but close enough to Panama City Beach for restaurants and shopping, as desired. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!Dane M
