Welcome to Our Happy Place! Our new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a quiet getaway perfectly situated close to the beach and the beautiful downtown historic district. It is luxuriously furnished and loaded with amenities to pamper you during your stay. It is an easy drive to World Golf, Legoland, Peppa Pig, the zoo, Jacksonville sporting events. You can even do a day trip to Disneyworld!
We offer a custom barista station with coffee or tea selections to please everyone. We offer workout equipment, a fire pit, two work stations and a fully fenced yard. Our home is kid friendly, loaded with games for all ages and has private parking with easy access to all of the attractions in St. Augustine and the beaches.

Granbury, TXBEAUTIFUL new home!!
This home was brand new and furnished beautifully. Super comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch on relaxing evenings and EVERYTHING in the town was only a 10 minute drive (downtown St Augustine, the beach, the pier, etc). Highly recommend Vilano Beach and MUST eat at Cap's on the Water!Juan O.

Truly a Happy Place
We had planned this vacation in advanced but unfortunately hurricane Ian caused flooding in historic St Augustine. However, it worked out well because we had a place to stay when we were evacuated from our home on the west coast of Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Raffield were great hosts. They were very accommodating and concerned. Our Happy Place lived up to its name. Despite the bad weather, we spent quality family time watching movies and playing board games. Everything we needed was provided. We didn't have to the leave the home. I'm glad we didn't because it would have been a shame getting the floor dirty with mud. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Overall, it was a five star stay. We plan on going back when hurricane season is over. FMSusan S.
Beautiful and spotless home
The home is brand new and the owners have put so much thought into making it a true home away from home. Supplied with every kitchen gadget known, a fire pit along with a s’mores kit! Huge outdoor grill. TV set up with tons of streaming services, a huge fenced in yard for your kids to play or your dogs to run. The house was spotless! Not just clean but everything was shiny and new. This is the meaning of a home away from home. The owners care about their home and about your stay there.
