Offering both original detail and current amenity, this one-of-a-kind bungalow experience is located on Treasure Island near John's Pass in St Petersburg Florida. Situated on the gulf side of Gulf Boulevard, it makes for a most relaxing and convenient beach experience, all day and every day. No need to cross a busy intersection to reach the white sand and waves, just step out your back door to two conveniently located boardwalks, one on either side.
Listen to the crash of the waves while relaxing on a private deck area with tropical surroundings after a day in the water and sun. Plenty of seating and a gas grill for entertaining. The deck overlooks a privately fenced lawn area with colorful hibiscus and a variety of palm trees (including Coconuts, Fox Tails, Christmas and Areca). This one bedroom, one bath Bungalow sleeps 6 with two pullouts in an oversized, light-filled living area. The kitchen is fully stocked for convenience and use of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) are available during your stay.

The Sunshine Beach Bungalow far exceed our expectations. The host Ken was very personable and quick to respond. Here are the highlights of our stay: * Location and proximity to beach is so convenient for families *The property is exactly as pictured in the listing *Beach towels were provided *Washer and dryer on site *Ample parking for at least 2 vehicles *Coffee filters provided *Cabinets fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and spices *Futons in living room fold out into full/queen beds and are very comfortable *Quiet neighborhood; perfect for evening walks or bike rides *Beach equipment in shed (umbrella, chairs, beach toys etc.) Overall perfect spot for a family vacation. Everything about our stay was wonderful
Everything about our stay was wonderful! This house was perfect for our family of 4. Beach was easily accessible and a lot closer to the house than I had imagined. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area to choose from. We would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future!! Oh and the owner is top notch at communicating. Anything we needed or had questions about, he responded very quickly which we appreciated very much!
