Can’t say enough!

Beautiful condo with fabulous beach view (unfortunately, construction of public access across the street marred the view somewhat - but can’t control that). Property manager, DeWanna, was very accommodating. We had a problem accessing the property at check in and she answered her phone at 11 PM, which was certainly appreciated. She quickly responded to any issues or questions that we had. The location of the property was great. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The condo was super clean. Plenty of towels (which you don’t always find in and the quality was outstanding. Beach towels were provided as well as chairs, umbrella, and a wagon. Beautiful pools. One is heated (which was perfect in April). The grounds are kept beautifully. The covered parking space was great and right near the elevator. Hope to come back!

This property is well maintained and the amenities included are too numerous to mention. We had an enjoyable stay.

Spring break

This condo is perfect! Spacious, well equipped and cute beachy decor. The complex has lots of amenities and it’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery and outlet mall. The property manager is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

This condo is SO beautiful and so cozy feeling! It was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we’d need for the week, including beach and pool items galore. The beds and pull out sofa were very comfortable and everything was super clean! Property is just gorgeous! We enjoyed the heated pool especially. Just a short walk to the beach.. and the beaches are some of the best! My only wish for things in this condo would be larger beach chairs and a better umbrella.

Everything about our visit was perfection! The location of the complex perfect. Everything was so close (even walking distance to Winn Dixie and Dunkin Donuts!). The view from the condo is beautiful and waterfront with no obstructions. We could not have picked a better unit! The condo had everything we needed and more. Sunscreen, beautiful fresh cut flowers, beach toys, umbrella, beach towels and more. The kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, blender, etc) with everything I needed to cook. I felt like I was at home! The pools were very nice and my kids spent a lot of time there. The beach was a short walk across the road (easy beach access though). I couldn't figure out the lock and the property manager called me within a minute and walked me through it (electronic lock and it was user error on my part!). We can't wait to visit Destin again and will definitely be renting this unit again.

Great resort!!

Loved the condo room. Clean! Super easy to get to! Great parking! Loved that they had extra beach towels, beach wagon and chairs to use. The resort itself was very pretty!!! Pool area was well kept and clean. Pleasantly surprised to have the huge pools basically to ourselves for couple days. Short walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean!!! Quick response from the host. Would def stay here again!

Great family condo

Our family of 5 stayed here over the 4th of July. The condo is part of Amalfi Resort and is located on the point of the resort closest to the road that separates you from the beach. There is no better view at this resort! The beach access was under construction at the time of our trip and only usable for a few of the days. Once complete this access will be really nice and include a ramp. All other beach access points require stairs. Our alternate beach access option was across the street from the condo complex immediately to the left of Amalfi. Unless you have extreme mobility issues (wheelchair) do not let this deter you from this location. The kitchen: I have stayed in many rentals and this was a very well equipped kitchen with many extras; crockpot, childrens table service, bakeware for muffins, pots and skillets, plastic ware for leftovers and many other utensils. Full size fridge with ice maker. It made enough to fill a small cooler. Bedrooms were comfortable with ample space. Our teenager was assigned the pull out couch which had linens and pillows provided. The master had a very large bathroom. The second was a full bath located in the hall. I have come to truly appreciate a laundry room in my rentals. This one had a few tide pods available for use as well as some cleaning supplies to sweep up the sand. There was a large selection of beach toys for younger children. A wagon and two chairs were provided. We brought extra chairs and a 10x10 tent for better shade coverage. (I had read that the south Walton beaches discourage tents but we were never questioned or asked to take it down.) The pool area was nice and clean. This particular week the algae kept us from being in the gulf water so we used the resort pool quite a bit. Parking was under the building, covered and the grounds were secured by gates. The parking spot assigned to this condo was right in front of the elevator. Overall this was a great condo and the location was just perfect.

Nice place. The beach access was unavailable across the street due to construction (nothingnowner could do about this) but only complaint we had.
