Property Description
Welcome to our completely remodeled three bedroom, two full bath oasis. Four miles to Disney World and only a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, I Drive, Reunion Championship Golf and many more local attractions. The house is designed to give you a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives. The private pool and lounge area is just for you and your family or take a short walk to the community pool, playground and dock on the lake.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage, and one small closet at the entryway. No one else will be onsite during a guests stay unless there is an emergency and our routine scheduled exterior maintenance which includes but is not limited to pool cleaning (generally Monday & Friday's) and lawn services (Bi-weekly). Both of these generally take less than an hour per visit
