The house was beautiful

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay . The house was beautiful in a wonderfully quiet area yet close to all. The house offered an awesome open floor plan with a great kitchen. The rooms were amazing and the bathrooms were clean and super updated . Alyssa was always available and a pleasure to talk to .

The Palm House is beautifully

The Palm House is beautifully updated, spacious, well-appointed and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, furniture is new, and the kitchen is well stocked for making & enjoying meals at the island or gathering around the large & comfortable dining table. The ample sectional sofa was just perfect in the enormous living room for gathering and/or TV relaxation. We enjoying our morning coffee either outside on the patio by the pool or in the private enclosed porch. The bikes are so cute and fun to ride around the neighborhood or up to the nearby park. This location is terrific & close to many beaches stores & restaurants. Alyssa was responsive & accommodating... a fabulous host! I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next Florida stay!

I would highly recommend this home, I can see the owner put a lot of care and love into this home. The attention to details was amazing and even in the bathroom she provide me with shampoo and conditioner and makeup wipes. It’s was just super cozy and clean environment. Alyssa is very good with her communications and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Amazing trip overall.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay! This house has it all and made our stay easy upon arrival to checkout. Communication from Alyssa is outstanding with lots of notes around the house to help, including notes on all light switches which seems like a small thing but describes the owners attention to detail. All kitchen needs available, including trash bags, dishwasher pods, air fryer, coffee, and even chip clips. We even had bathroom necessities if needed, including razors, soap, lotion. Four spacious bedrooms available. We had 6 adults (3 couples ages 45 plus) so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was absolutely perfect. This house is so spacious with an open floor layout. The couch is huge!!Outdoor games and a closet of family friendly games available to us, including a library of books available in the game closet for you if needed. The laundry area was stocked with laundry soap, extra pool towels and sunscreen and bug spray. And the pool was perfect size with all sizes of pool floats and toys. This place is well cared for and highly recommended for a family or adults looking for a family size home. The location is in a family friendly area and we never felt unsafe. It’s close to the lake and beach. It has a private driveway with the entrance right next to parking. We all were so happy we choose this house for our 4 night stay in Florida!!

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you can need and a great location! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.q

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, even before we arrived. Alyssa made check in easy, and convenient by letting us check in earlier. Even warned us about the iguana, which we never did see, just the little lizards! The place was clean, and beautiful. There was something there for everyone, from age 18 months to 60's, it was perfect. The next time we go back we will definitely look to stay here. Bottom line is that both the place and hostess are awesome!
