WHAT ARE OUR CLEANING STANDARDS & PROCEDURES?

The cleaning companies we work with have always maintained very high cleaning standards, as you can see from over 230 reviews at The Palms Young Circle in Hollywood over the past 4 years through our co-host Danielle. You might be surprised to learn that even many 4 and 5-star hotels around the world don't use mattress encasements, box spring encasements, and pillow protectors -- which you'll find in all our properties at all times and is 100% waterproof and hypoallergenic. This is the most sanitary and hygienic Vacation Rental practice to protect the integrity of the bedding and linens. It's something you won't find us mentioning anywhere else, but have always done from even before we opened on our first day.

For all-white linens and towels, we work with a professional laundry and dry clean company that uses hot water and bleach mixed with some baking soda. After 20 years in service, they use the products they have found to produce the best cleaning results while still being gentle enough for most with skin sensitivities. They service large hotels in the area and use the same best-practice cleaning procedures with all their clients.

Our goal is not only to meet all CDC recommendations and guidelines but to exceed them.

Lastly, between every single turnover between guests, we have a unit inspector go through the property to make sure nothing has been missed with cleaning, stocking and supplies, staging, and damages. The property is ventilated after each check-out and we leave 1 day between each turnover.
Guest access
Self-Check In is available any time after 3 pm. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 2 pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER TO THE UNIT BEFORE 3 pm without a previous authorization message for early check-in.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK-IN AND A LATE CHECK-OUT UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE. If the unit is booked before your arrival, we need enough time to clean it following the Covid-19 Cleaning Guidelines so please send your inquiry the night before to check the availability.
