All outdoor areas are shared. Laundry room is shared and will cost money.
We are required to collect a local county tax of 6% on all vacation rentals. You will see it listed as "Resort fee", simply due to the lack of an option through the site to rename the fee. We like our guests to know about the required tax for the sake of transparency in pricing. You are not being charged a resort fee but a required local government tax.
Jacksonville Beach is FULL of Unique shops, restaurants, and activities! This Beachside Condo is located in a gated community with private Beach access! Literally walk outside your back door and walk straight on to the Beach! Our community is gated as well.
Everything you could want to do is within walking distance! Also, bikes, scooters, and other recreational beach needs are available for rental. Jacksonville Beach offers free "beach buggy" rides around the area. Uber and Lift are another popular option.
