The beautiful and romantic view of the famous "Double Sunsets" and Gulf can be seen all year round either from the 300 feet wrap around balcony or from the living room. The double is the sunset reflection in the lagoon in front of the complex. Imagine two suns are merging towards each other yet separate by ocean and beach with both the sky and lagoon flaming red. You will not see it anywhere else on the island.

This complex is located in the north west of Marco Island next to Tigertail State park and direct access to the beach in front of the complex. It is also within walking distance on the beach to Marriott Hotel and Owners Beach Club. It has one of the most panoramic views at the entire Marco Island beach. From a g wrap around balcony on the 15th floor you overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the white sandy crescent beach to the south, and the state nature preserves, a large heated pool, a health club and many sports available like tennis, shuffle board courts. During the day, you see nature all around, diving pelicans, jumping fish, and sometimes playing dolphins. Late afternoon you will witness the magnificent “Double Sunsets”; later in the dark you see even from the living room beautifully lit beach front buildings toward the south.
