BEACH THERAPY is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo nestled in a welcoming, family-friendly resort. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the condo's private balcony where you can sit and relax. This unit is one of the largest floor plans in the building with all rooms on one level. You will enter the spacious living-dining portions of this residence and face a triple set of sliding glass doors for private balcony access which also frames the sensational scenery. This beach view balcony spans all the way across from the living area to the Master Bedroom Suite. The second King suite has its own large closet, and small refrigerator to allow guests to have privacy in their own quarters. Plus it has an attached shower & bath. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. You will find yourself wanting to spend your leisure time here while sipping your favorite drinks as you relish vivid views of the glittering gulf from above the palm-studded grounds beside the lagoon pool. A couch that can double as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two tropical accent chairs face the outdoor views along with a TV for entertainment. The open kitchen comes fully equipped and features a mocha-toned granite-topped bat with additional raised seating for entertaining. A six-person table in the dining room is just waiting for your next family meal. A private washer/dryer will help keep towels and swimsuits beach ready. The unit comes with cable and Wi-Fi so people can stream from their devices while trying to enjoy some downtime.
The lushly landscaped resort grounds are forested with clusters of towering tropical palms scattered around a large lagoon-shaped swimming pool with five curvy sides. An expansive patio has lots of space to lounge around while a Tiki Bar & Grill provides savory sandwiches, snacks, and cool refreshments poolside. Just steps away, guests have private gated beach access, which is next to an additional beachfront pool (heated during the winter months), allowing guests to go from a pool plunge to a surf splash or vice versa in no time. If you get hungry, the resort has a snack bar or a grill area to show off BBQ skills. If you are feeling up for it there is an onsite fitness center. As a guest of this unit, and our way of saying thanks, we are providing our guests with one complimentary ticket daily to each of these great area attractions through Xplorie. The complimentary ticket includes local attractions such as golf at four local courses, parasailing, fishing, snorkeling, a dolphin cruise, a water park, and an indoor air adventure park. This is a minimum savings of $435 per day. Plus the owners are also providing 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas on the property's private beach during the months of March through November. A savings of $50 per day.

NO dog(s) or other pets are allowed in this property.
Parking notes: All guests are allowed to have two vehicles per condo on the property. Sterling Shores does not require parking passes. Parking is open and no specific spaces are assigned to each condo. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, oversized vehicles, golf carts, ATVs, jet skis, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property. If they find any parked, they will give warnings and then have it towed at the owner's expense! No parking passes are required, but we ask that all guests park in the open parking lot and not in the covered parking garages. The garages are for paid owners only; any unregistered vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Sterling Shores is a smoke-free environment with smoking prohibited in all common areas, as well as balconies, pool areas, and the private beach.
The beachfront community pool is typically heated for all winter months at the discretion of the HOA.

If the reservation is not paid in full due to credit card on file being declined and you have not contacted us back with different form of payment, the reservation then will be canceled without notice and you will forfeit your total deposit.
