Enjoy our studio with 1 bath vacation home in Miami Beach just a minute away from the Ocean. We are vacation rental specialists managing hundreds of rentals all over South Florida. We offer early bag drop and early check-in services (IF available), as well as 24/7 customer support, self-check-in, goodies on arrival, cooking basics, and beach umbrella/chairs. The unit's decorated with love and care and furnished with NEW everything - mattresses, cozy pillows, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited WIFI, and soft towels and sheets. This spacious studio features 2 queen beds and a comfy sofa bed. Central location surrounded by the hustle-bustle of clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops, yet 2 mins walks from the calmness of the beach. Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instruction, full address, WIFI and so much more. Thank you!

We’re doing everything possible to make COVID conscious living safe and fun. The property is being cleaned according to CDC guidelines - includes a timed air-out, specialist surface cleaning, and adequate gaps between guests. High-speed internet for optimal workspace environment, smart TV, comfy furnishings, and much more, making our property perfect for COVID-conscious living.

We are not responsible for the common areas of the building. Any questions related to the apartment, please let us know!! We are happy to help!!

Keep in mind that we fumigate the unit bimonthly. 1st Wednesday and 3rd Tuesday of the month between 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM to ensure it's pest-free and no issues of vermin will arise. You do not need to be in the apartment while the fumigation is in progress. If you are in the apartment during spraying, we need you to please wait outside for 5 minutes while it’s being done in order for us to implement social distancing.
