Situated midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Marenas Beach Resort’s guests enjoy a very desirable location on a glorious 2.5 mile stretch of pristine white sand beach in Florida’s French Riviera of Sunny Isles Beach.

Our unit combines classic and contemporary styling to provide our guest(s) a pleasing experience.  In addition, the resort offers our guest(s) a newly redesigned event space that spans over 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor function areas with breathtaking panoramic views. 

Our guest(s) can indulge in a relaxing vacation experience, unlike any other South Florida escape. Contemporary wood furnishings echo the pristine white beaches that unfold in front of our hotel, inviting the calming spirit of the ocean into each of the suite’s living spaces. Expansive terraces showcase panoramic views from sunrise to sunset, including both the Intracoastal Waterways and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. 

Spacious living space, fully-equipped kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows make these a true escape, plus touches like a breakfast bar that you won’t find at home.

Our guest(s) can enjoy resort amenities, ie pool, gym, jacuzzi, biz center, private beach access and much more.

The space
Aparthotel with full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer in the unit.
The apartment has an en suite room (full bathroom) and a 72″ x 80″ European king-size bed. In the living room is a sofa bed that when opened is the size of a queen bed.

Aparthotel system, your cleaning fee just for checkout cleaning.  If you need cleaning services during your stay, we can arrange that upon request. 

 
Once booking is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on how to register with Marenas resort manager.

After checking in at the hotel, you must pay at the reception desk:

Hotel Resort fee service : u$s38.25 x day 
+ Valet parking : u$s30.00 x day
Upon arrival at the hotel, the credit card will be processed to cover all hotel fees for the duration of your stay.
