The space

The open plan living space features a large, luxurious leather lounge and Big Boss chair that surrounds the gas log fire and wall mounted smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained.

Rainy days are no match for this house with plenty of board games, foosball coffee tables and an entertainment room with an air hockey table and a giant Jenga set giving you hours of family fun.
Cook up breakfast lunch and dinner in the beautiful beechwood kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including a welcome basket of snacks and a coffee bar. There is a full size fridge/freezer, an oven and stovetop, a built in microwave and a handy dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Enjoy meals together at the elegant dining space where you can slide open the glass door to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space and let the cool evening breeze inside while you eat.

There are four spacious bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed with a wall mounted TV, a walk in closet and an ensuite with direct pool access while the second bedroom is filled with a queen bed and a soft, inviting reading seat.

The third and fourth bedrooms are perfect for families or groups with three separate twin beds in each along with an additional two central bathrooms to make morning rush hour a breeze. Guests also have access to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent/powder to keep you feeling clean and fresh.

Step outside into the landscaped backyard that offers the ultimate in waterfront, resort style living with a glistening pool, sunbeds, a BBQ, alfresco dining and even a decked pier where you tie your boat, fish or just let your feet dangle in the water.

Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard and dock as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer.
Other things to note
Please note that the pool in not heated.

Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated.

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

The deposit is not charged at the time of booking and is only charged if there is any damage to the home.

Smoking is allowed outside only

Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code.

Early check-in may be available however there are no late check-out as we have to clean the home for same day guests.
