The space
We are located walking distance to Johnny Longboats for lunch/dinner and the NY Bagel shop for yummy breakfast, if you don’t feel like cooking. If you’d rather cook, you’ll have a fully-appointed kitchen

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Guest access
The guest has access to the entire apartment and courtyard.

Other things to note
The unit is part of a 4 unit complex. High chair and pack n play are available upon request.

 
No Pets allowed.
No parties.
No smoking.
Guests are not allowed to receive any mail or packages.
 
**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
 
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
