From the moment you step into your private vacation oasis you’ll feel relaxed and at ease during your stay with well appointed furnishings and decor throughout. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, first floor bungalow is ON Singer Island , just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast of Florida.
The space
The master bedroom has one queen bed and a television in the room for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Shampoo, bar soap and towels are also provided for you.

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Be sure to check out the courtyard space with a two person hammock , bbq grill and dining table. This is a shared space.

We are located walking distance to Johnny Longboats for the perfect south florida lunch/dinner. Be sure to check out NY Bagel shop for a yummy breakfast. Or make up your own “Top Chef” creations in our well appointed kitchen.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
 
No Pets Allowed.
 
**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
 
No mail or packages receiving allowed.
 
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
 
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
