The space
The bungalow is just a short stroll to the beach ON Singer Island (no bridges to walk over!). We are located walking distance to Johnny Longboats and Breakfast at the NY Bagel shop, if you don’t feel like cooking, even though you will have a well-equipped kitchen.

Both bedrooms are furnished a queen bed with comfy linens. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Pack-n-Play available upon request.

Guest access
Guest(s) has access to the entire apartment, laundry room, courtyard. The courtyard is a shared space.

Guests are not allowed to receive any mail or packages.
**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
 
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
