The space
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1921 Historic home. You’ll have a private rear access with door code and a door code for the apartment. There are only 3 apartments on site. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor picnic area for relaxing. A parking spot is also available in the driveway free of charge.

Guest access

Other things to note
Laundry room and courtyard are shared spaces. Pack n play is available upon request.

No pets allowed.

**Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
