Aqua Cottage is an approximately 192 tiny guest house. It’s a great choice for couples or solo travelers looking for a simple, stylish, and unique accommodations. The home is located with minutes of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe, and residential area.  You’ll have privacy, parking, and beautiful garden space to enjoy during your stay. The Cottage offers wifi and Keurig coffee.
The space
Aqua Cottage is unique due to its tiny home construction and design. Every square inch of the space is utilized to perfection. You’ll find that we’ve packed many “big home” features into this tiny space including 2 sleeping spaces (one queen size, lofted and one twin size daybed on the main floor), a folding dining room space/desk, stools, a TV that swivels to nearly any position, a microwave, toaster oven, induction stove top, full bathroom. We feel that you have everything needed to stay a few nights or weeks.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire cottage, private high-fenced yard, and parking space.

Other things to note
The loft sleeping area is lofted and accessed by a ladder. The owner lives on-site in the main house.  

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
 
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
 
**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly up to 20lbs and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
