For a small resort fee, guests are entitled to DISCOUNT at Golf Club of Amelia and use of Beach Club Pool as well as Tennis courts. A second Sailmaker pool is available with no resort fee.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
100% refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If we are able to fill the vacancy, you will be refunded all rents received up to the amount you paid. We will make every effort to re-book the property if you have to cancel.
