This three-story townhome offers a great layout to enjoy your monthly stay with 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and open concept kitchen, dining and living on the second floor which opens onto a balcony. The Southard Square community boasts a large, shared, saltwater pool and a well-appointed pool house.

Enter the ground level to a den, which is not even the main living area, with a convenient workstation and television. Level one also includes the first bedroom ensuite featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, television, and bathroom with walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also included on this level for your convenience.

On the second level, guests will enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining & living area with vaulted ceilings. There is also a half bath located on this floor. A well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops are the perfect setting to prepare meals should you wish to do so. The balcony off the living area is a relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee as the sun comes up over Old Town Key West.

The third floor is up a spiral staircase and where you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, television, and private bath with walk-in shower.

The common areas of Southard Square provide a tropical oasis, with lush landscaping and a heated, saltwater pool that is shared by all condominium residents. The common area’s pool house includes a comfortable seating area, kitchenette, and restrooms.

PARKING: 1 designated off street parking spot directly in front of the condo entrance.
