Property Description
Located just steps from famous Duval street, this two-story town home is located in quaint, cobble stoned Duval Square. You are within the heart of the historic district and can walk almost everywhere. Although close to Duval, the home is a quiet escape from the hustle bustle. This small town house community is hidden above the cozy shops and restaurants in Duval Square, but you would not know there are units above, nor shops below, as they feel worlds apart. There is a sparkling, sunny, rooftop pool that you share with other residents. Off-street, gated parking for one car is available. The downstairs is a living room, dining room, kitchen combination as well as a half bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a private balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee and paper.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It is close to everything so you don't even have to have a car!
