Property Description
Very nice vacation home less than a mile to the world famous drive-on beach of Daytona Beach Shores. The home has a nice, full-equipped kitchen, Living room with a comfy sofa, seating and a 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sitting chair, 41" TV and DVD player. The second room also has a queen bed. The 3rd room has a trundle ( two twin beds ) . There is also a garage where I keep beach chairs, toys and coolers for your use. There is also a large screened rear patio for grilling or relaxing in the evening (there is an electric grill on the rear patio). I also provide FREE use of beach bikes, surfboard, a stand up paddleboard and Two kayaks so you can vacation like a true Floridian. The backyard has a relaxing private patio area with a grill, chairs and FM stereo. The backyard is huge and fenced. I have yard games like cornhole and horseshoes for your enjoyment.
The home is also near several iconic Daytona restaurants and bars and the beach and kayak / boat ramps are also only minutes away.
