Vacation Rentals by Owner

We are licensed for maximum 12 guests, accepting maximum 11.  *11th guest charged at +$25/£18 per night including taxes - 11th guest accommodated on a sofabed in upstairs open plan den.  We have 2 travel cribs (cots) for babies.

Games room in the garage with 8' Brunswick slate bed pool table, air hockey, and foosball (table football). 
Washing machine and tumble dryer.  Iron and ironing board.

Pool area with covered lanai.  One of the largest pool decks on the resort.  West facing pool with
spectacular sunsets over the lake - binoculars provided.  Fencing both sides - not overlooked.

Lake Berkley is a private gated, 24 hour guarded community with a spring fed lake, sandy beach, fishing, tennis, volleyball,
basketball, childrens playground, barbecue area, cycle/jogging track, nature trail around the lake.   Clubhouse with large heated
community pool, spa, fitness centre, 
childrens splash pool.  

Lake Berkley provides everything you need to enjoy a Disney-based  holiday.  It's close enough to all the action, but also far enough away
