Property Description
Third floor condo , 2nd building from the pool, this has always been our most popular unit in the complex . This is a self-catered villa, there are starter sundries supplied , and then the guest may visit any of the many local markets to supplement or replace whatever they may need during the visit. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo , each with its own bathroom, providing privacy to each bedroom. The Western view from the 3rd floor offers a nice sunset . Full size washer & dryer are in the condo , and the kitchen has a well stocked collection of cookware and dishes, glasses, coffee cups and utensils We do not charge a cleaning fee, and the guest is expected to 1) launder the bedsheets, and towels on the morning of check-out. 2) put the trash in a trash bag and place in the bench by the front door each morning for valet pick-up 3) Leave the condo "broomclean" or reasonably tidy. We do not mean clean it , but don't leave a mess behind . We clean it after you check-out. Guests who do not want to perform the 3 tasks we require on morning of check-out have the option of paying a cleaning fee of 90 dollars .
If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest Government credentials are checked on arrival.
