The recently remodeled three-bedroom, two bath canal waterfront home was designed to be your home away from home. Artfully redecorated, all furnishings, appliances, artwork and accessories are new. The home contains everything guests will need to enjoy all the activities that the beautiful Crystal River area has to offer.

 The home includes an enclosed full size inground pool, a boat slip, along with seawall boat mooring station, an indoor/outdoor screened in Florida room with a beautiful water frontage, a one car garage (NOT to be used for personnel vehical, trailer, nor boat storage), and all the amenities the discerning guest will appreciate. The full cooks kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing waterfront meal, including side-by-side refrigerator, Ice maker, electric oven range, microwave, coffee maker & coffee grinder and tea kettle, blender, toaster, slow cooker (crock pot), cookware, storage containers, dishes and cutlery, ice packs, etc.

Memories and Manatees is located just minutes from the gulf of Mexico. Manatees, dolphins, river otters and a myriad of birds and other wild life frequent the area and manatees are often seen playing at our sea wall. Kayaks, floating kayak launch dock, fishing poles with full tackle box, 3 different size coolers and everything you need to enjoy a vacation filled with leisure and adventure is here. The backyard features private extensive river/ canal views and all the wildlife that comes along with it. If you choose to bring and dock your boat, the property also contains a cut in boat slip. (22 foot boat max.) and a boat mooring station off the sea wall.

The house has three bedrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom & walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and in the third bedroom are two twin beds. There is also a full size futon in the sitting area to accommodate extra guests.

 Also included are five flat screen smart TVs with DVD players. There is one in each bedroom & one in the living room, and one in the cozy sitting area just off the formal dining room. Cable TV access is provided on three of the TVs, and all are smart TVs that can also access Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. wireless high-speed Internet, accessible throughout the property, is also provided.

 The garage contains a high efficiency washer and dryer available for your use. The patio indoor / outdoor Florida room is screened in with a special fine mesh to help keep even the smallest bug out. It also includes an electric George foreman grill, as well as a charcoal grill outside in the sun bathing area for those cool evening barbecues, and there is ample seating (for 8) outside in the Florida room for manatee, dolphin, bird and wild life viewing as you sit and dine alongside the river/ canal.

Memories and Manatees also features an inground pool fully screened in for those hot days you just want to stay home play and keep cool. Three one person kayaks are provided along with a “bottomless totally transparent tandam kayak” - a see through two person tandem, which is EXCELLENT for viewing at Three Sisters Springs & Kings bay areas. The home is a five minute kayak ride to Kings Bay and about a hours relaxing and beautiful kayak ride to Three Sisters Springs.

 Crystal river has activities for the whole family, including world class flats fishing for redfish, trout, Spanish mackerel, cobia, and tarpon. Crystal River offers one of the few remaining areas to scallop in Florida during the summer (July - Sept.). So Much fun for all ages! Catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the sea wall, or look for manatees and dolphins and birds. Come see the hundreds of manatees, November through March, that migrate at the springs. Offshore, there is terrific shallow and deep water grouper fishing. Within a short drive, there is a mall with they multiplex movie theater, restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, tubing down Rainbow River, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Fort Island Gulf Beach, walking, hiking, and bike trails, snorkling, scalloping, scuba diving, river cruizing, and swimming with the manatees and tons of fishing. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or less or work on your backswing at one of the 12 nearby golf courses.
