Literally just around the corner ONE Block North is the Marina where you will find Sport fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, kayak and jet ski rentals, sight-seeing cruises (the Jungle Queen Riverboat is our favorite) and a variety of boat rentals.

Just one more block North, and you will find the world famous Bahia Mar Resort and Marina which ground zero for the Annual Fort Lauderdale Boat Show every Fall.

Located just a half mile North you can hang a left and find Las Olas Boulevard, with its one of a kind and boutique shops, international,and 5 star dining with late nightlife.

On the very corner of A1A and Las Olas is the world famous Elbo Room and going further North Bubba Gump's Shrimp, Hooters, and at least 30 other restaurants including Casablanca Cafe. Most people would consider this walkable -- I would suggest UBER or if you have great balance one of the new scooters.

There is truly there is something for everyone.

Some people might say you would not need a car, but I like the freedom it affords to explore.

And if you your visit to Fort Lauderdale is cruise-related, the Port Everglades cruise port is less than one mile away, making this home a great place to stay before or after sailing.

If you're coming to town for business at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, this property will be a 2 minute ride for you. It is also an ease drive or UBER ride to Downtown.

Let's say you need to relax . . . We are across the Street from the Harbor Beach Marriott which has a fabulous world class spa.

The home is centrally located to the Beach, Shopping, Entertainment, Dining, Nightlife, Boating -- and it is walkable to many activities.

For those activities you can't walk to, grab a scooter (they are on the sidewalk) or call UBER.

The Fort Lauderdale Airport is just 4 miles away -- or perhaps you are like several of our guests and fly Private into the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.

As you can see in the photos, the LARGE backyard is a tropical oasis just waiting for you and your guests to enjoy the many amenities.

The extra high Concrete Walls & Lush Landscaping with distant neighbors offer ultimate privacy while you enjoy the over sized sparkling heated SALT WATER pool and modern patio furniture.

The built in Gazebo offers comfortable seating, (great for reading a book -- good conversation, or relaxing with a cold drink) shade and fan-driven breezes after your day in the sun at the beach.

Enjoy barbequing on the gourmet grille and outside dining with patio seating for 12 (more if you count the gazebo seats.

The home is stocked with all the necessary items for full beach enjoyment - beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, an outdoor speaker, a rolling cooler and even a beach wagon to get it all there and back.

The City was most cooperative to provide a Traffic Light which makes it EASY & SAFE to cross to the Beach -- you are to the Sand in under 2 minutes!

Out front there is parking for 5 cars -- at least one of them under the carport (covered) -- may be two cars will fit if you are a good driver and park like a valet.

Here are a few minor things to take note of:

1) There is a $100 Application Fee

2) Cleaning Fee is $350 -- this is your exit cleaning fee. If you are super messy, we are going to take it out of your damage deposit.

If you would like additional cleaning services, we do have concierge housekeeping.

3) We have many Concierge Services we can offer you: Photography, Car Service, Boat Rental, Massage. Please let us know, and we will accommodate you.

4) NO - we do not give last minute booking discounts. We offer reasonable rates and a 5-star quality product. Would you ask your heart surgeon for a discount?

4) The refundable security deposit is $2,000.

5) We do not charge you to heat the pool

6) We deliver your a beautiful home -- and expect to receive our home back in the same undamaged condition. If for some reason, you do break something, please let us know -- accidents do happen. We are reasonable people. Do not try to hide it.

7) If you use a credit card, we will charge a 4% convenience fee on the entire charge -- for international clients, that charge is 10% (it is what they deduct from our rental fees).
