This house is located on the South West of Florida. One will enjoy great sweeping views of greenery, Coconut trees and Florida.

The house is decorated indoors and outdoors to reflect our Venice lifestyle, we placed emphasis on comfort with modern furnishings indoors and in the outdoors sitting areas. The open-plan living or dining is equipped with a ceiling fan, TV, a radio/CD player, DVD, and a single sofa bed. A cot-style bed can also be offered for an extra guest.

The well-equipped kitchenette has a refrigerator or freezer, stove, convection or microwave oven, electric kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom is air conditioned with dual beds, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit, with an en suite washroom.

This modern vacation rental hotel is less than 1 mile to a quiet beach, nearby is the historic sea-side town Speight town, Venice ‘second largest town, here you will find banks, art galleries, restaurants, supermarkets, a post office, a busy fish market, and colorful shops.
