Fully furnished vacation house located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from all Florida attractions. Enjoy the ocean (15 min), and the riverfront (5 min). Bring your friends and family, home accommodates 10+.

Why would you stay in a crowded condominium complex, when you can relax and enjoy the private yard, home and beautiful Florida-room. If you prefer, simply walk our nice mature neighborhood, or the local nature trail. You won't be disappointed.

Designed for a large family traveling together, the parking area can accommodate 3-4 vehicles and boat parking on the side street.

The home entrance takes you into to the main living area, which features a large living room with plasma TV (80+ channels), DVD and wireless internet. Living room has 3 corner sofas with ottomans, and corner office. Just bring your laptop; office desk with additional monitor, printer and wireless connection are provided.

Large dining area can comfortably seat 6 and is decorated in a casual Florida style. Fully furnished kitchen has also a nook area that can seat 3-4. Laundry room is for your convenience.

Sleeping potential is about people. The 3 sizeable bedrooms included: master bedroom with full-size bed (sleeps 2), and two bedrooms with large bunk beds each (sleep at least 3 in each room) and 2 bathrooms (master bathroom and a full bathroom).

This home is within 10 minutes from 3 boat ramps and fishing docks of the Coastal and Inter-coastal waterways (Indian River, Banana river, etc.). One of the best beach areas with lots of activities such as fishing, swimming, walking, kayaking, jogging…

Prices:

$100 per night (min 3 nights), $600-1000 per week - group size dependent (Monday-Sunday), $1900 per month.

Deposit $500, which is fully refundable.

$300 cleaning fee, unless you clean the house and wash and replace bedding when you leave. Leave it the way you found it.

If you are staying for a month, please wash your bedding and towels.
