This luxury beach resort home was custom designed to be fully zoned and licensed as a luxury vacation rental and boasts 10 ft high ceilings, solid travertine flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and all brand new stainless steel appliances and outdoor natural gas grill. Homesite was chosen for its close location to the beach entrance, as well as the fact it is located on a very low traffic residential street and is situated East of heavily traveled A1A. Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking the short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door! Large quiet ball field, basket ball courts and new playground are located directly across the street. This is an unbelievably convenient location to satisfy the needs of every member in your family.

Every amenity is on the first floor and the home is designed according to ADA standards so that families traveling with members who have disabilities will be able to fully enjoy this beautiful vacation home.

All of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the private heated pool and spa deck using their own sliding glass door. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom attached! 3 large bedroom suites are equipped with two queen beds, and one large bedroom is equipped with a King bed. With 6 Queen beds and one King bed, home sleeps 14 privately and comfortably! There is an additional pull out ottoman in the living room to accommodate one additional guest for a total of 15! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi and Cable TV are included. All furniture and bedding are brand new!

All furniture is luxurious and new. Large leather sectional and leather recliner with ottoman surround the large 60 inch flat screen TV. Dining room seats a total of 14. Dining room table seats 10, with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the Keurig Coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea selections for you and your guests to enjoy. Play inside on rainy days on the 8ft hand carved cherry wood Olhausen pool table.

Relax in the large tropical pool that is heated during the winter months at no extra charge! Behind the pool sits a large, hotel size, 8 ft heated jacuzzi tub!

Your beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive when you open the refrigerator and find a large, delicious, fresh florida fruit tray for your family to indulge in! Your welcome basket will include a variety of coffee, cereal, snacks, bread and the refrigerator will have fresh milk, butter and orange juice. All linens, bath towels, shampoo, soaps, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your beach clothes, flip flops and toothbrush and RELAX!

NASCAR enthusiasts can visit Daytona which is also less than an hour away! If you love golf, there are 4 popular golf courses less than 20 minutes away.
