Vacation Rentals by Owner

We are full turnkey condos. Our laundry facilities, gas grills around the pool, in unit cleaning supplies and dishwasher detergent are complementary. We are easily within walking distance to the Main Siesta Key beach (100 ft & across beach road to access #10) and the "Village"(most of the shops and restaurants is 0.7 miles about 10-15 minute walk). We also provide beach chairs, umbrella, umbrella anchors, 40"x72" beach towels and a two wheel cart to take those items across the street to the beach. Guests love parking the car (maybe for the entire stay) and walking everywhere because it is all so close. 

All of our units (1 or 2 bedrooms) have a sofa bed. We have WiFi in all units. You can view our floor plans and more info at our website listed below. For an exact price quote please request a specific unit number. If you want to reserve the unit I will need your address, phone number and a 25% deposit. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit is refundable. We can do that by phone or direct through our website. Never send credit card information by email. Minimum rental age is 23 years of age.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The "Village", where most of the shops and restaurants are located, is a 10 minute walk. I like to say we are close enough to walk there yet far enough away you will not hear the music at night.
