Located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach. You can rent a spacious 1 side of a duplex. Warm and cozy with an updated kitchen, living room & 2 bedrooms. Updated bath, game area downstairs, garage if you need, firepit and decks. The beach is about a 3-minute walk. Restaurants and shops are close as well. Enjoy walks on the beach, wonderful dinner at a local restaurant and quiet time in the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Wifi, basic cable and washer/dryer provided. It's amazing! Come and Enjoy!

- Coffee Maker (A Keurig Coffeemaker is provided for your convenience. Some coffee pods will be provided as well. You are welcome to bring your own favorite flavors.)
- Dishes & Utensils (Service for 10 in large plates, small plates and bowls. Good supply of plastic cups and some to enjoy wine in as well.)
- Stove (Brand New Whirlpool Flat-Top Stove. New pots and pans are also onsite if you feel like doing any cooking.)
- Toaster (A toaster is provided. A blender is provided as well.)
- Kitchen (Beautiful updated kitchen with an oversized center island. Custom bar stools surround the center island making it a wonderful gathering place for dinners, games and conversation.)

- Deck / Patio (The convenience of both. Enjoy the deck off the kitchen where you can eat & look out over the water or enjoy the patio underneath to stay cooler in the shade.)
- Bicycles (Panama Jack Beach Bikes (Bicycles) are available to use with special holders to take along a water/drink.)

- Wheelchair inaccessible (This is one side of a duplex. There is a flight of stairs to get to the living areas on the 2nd floor. The first floor is garage and game areas.)
