This uncrowded, eclectic, private, tropically-inspired, relaxing, sun-kissed getaway to paradise will have you tapping your feet and wanting more. You'll be swept away as all the common areas bask in the view of the lush pool/patio/waterfall, providing fun and tranquility. This 3/2 home sleeps eight, has been fully updated with porcelain tile, articistic details, themed rooms, galley kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, all done in natural motifs. It's generous-size barbecue grill is situated with ample patio furniture perfect for sharing pina coladas, fresh caught mahi, and s'mores. A bicycle-built for two, two, fenced, landscaped side yard for kids, dogs (upon approval), and even adults, yard games, pool floats, outdoor shower, bikes, an oversized pool with its own waterfall, large screened TVs with movie channels, WiFi, and so much more. When you leave for home and share the great time you had, your friends will be jealous. It's become a favorite destination for folks to enjoy what life was meant to be.
Unique Benefits
After searching for a (rental) home to share, this one just spoke to me. I thought "If I could love it this much, so could others." At first my thought was to have it be an annual rental home. However, it's close proximity to the beach and amazing views of the over-sized pool/patio/waterfall seemed to beckon a greater out-reach. Now folks from all over the world come to enjoy the special features, including a gourmet galley kitchen, multiple conversation pits, and much more. It's been such fun fixing it up and meeting the most interesting, friendly people. It's an adventure for me as well when new guests arrive.
Why Kids Love It
The sparkling private, semi-secluded pool with floats and toys, private beach just two and one half houses from the ocean access, yard toys, community sports centers, nature centers i.e., The Environmental Learning Center and McKee Botanical Gardens, surfing/sorkeling/kayaking/paddleboarding/fishing, art museums, parks, yummy places to eat, bicycles, and so much more. Kids, tell your parents you're ready. . . now! . . pleeeease.
