The space
6+ Months Minimum Rental - This studio is very unique as it is on the first floor only 5 steps up which gives it privacy and view over Tampa Bay beautiful Ocean-Bay. Perfect location for a professional working in downtown or at Tampa General Hospital or nearby Universities (UT/Stetson) that are all within walking distance. The building has a beautiful tropical Pool and the famous Ciro’s Speak Easy restaurant serving dinner, drinks, and sometimes lives music (the restaurant is only about 20 steps from the condo) and walking distance to all of SoHo (South Howard) restaurants, and Old Hyde Park Village shopping. Laundry room with plenty of loadable card machines is just outside your door about 10 steps away. This option is for 1 person & max 1 car.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Condo is about 740sf with two rooms and 2 bathrooms (see floorplan)
- Minimum 6 months lease
- Require occupancy, visitor, and liability release waiver agreement signed
- Upon acceptance of reservation a signed lease need to be provided with fees agreed to here in airbnb
- Prior to officially moving-in you are required to a background check & schedule a Condo Board meeting to go over condo rules.
- As long as you do not have a serious criminal record you are going to be approved (never had anyone not approved or monies will be refunded less the $250 application/processing).
- NO pets are allowed (Condo Association strictly do not allow any pets)
- NO subletting allowed under any circumstance
- NO preview tour prior to renting to cut out those who are just shopping around and to keep our cost/resources down.
- Feel free to drive by 2109 Bayshore Blvd and have a peak. Our 2 studios are the first 2 windows to the left of the lobby facing Bayshore’s beautiful waterfront.
