Condo directly on the beach. It features one bedroom, sofa sleeper in living room, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, pool, jacuzzi & BBQ grills. Great location-walk to shopping, bank, grocery store, restaurants, and bars AWESOME!

The space

We remodeled our condo in May of 2016 with new paint, flooring, bathrooms, and all furnishings. Almost like new!!!

Guest access

You will have access to our heated pool and spa, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, under cover picnic area, and free parking (#32). There is also an onsite management office Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 9am - 1pm.

Interaction with guests

We are not on site but there is the resort manager there Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 9am - 1pm. We also would be more than happy to help with any questions you may have. You can give us a call or email.

The neighborhood
Margie’s home is located in Saint Pete Beach,Florida,United States.
Gulf Strand is a wonderful little resort located right in the heart of Saint Pete Beach within walking distance to many great restaurants, beach bars, music, shops, and activities. There is also a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar Store, Chase Bank, a bakery/cafe, a liquor store, a marina, and several specialty shops right across the street which is very convenient. There are beach cabanas, jet skis, kayak rentals, and parasailing on the beach just steps from our resort. It is a really great place to relax and have fun.

Getting around

One of the wonderful things about our location is we are a short walk to many restaurants, beach bars, shops, entertainment and activities that we have found that we do not need a rental car. We use BATS Taxi or Uber to and from the airport and to get around to areas off of the beach. Along the beach there is a wonderful service called Free Beach Ride. They will take you anywhere along the beach from Pass-a-Grille to John's Pass in Madeira Beach for just tips. Longer trips as far as Clearwater are also available for a set rate. There is also the Beach Trolley which runs the beach and into St Pete that you can use for around $5 per day. If you would like to rent a car there is Hertz, Avis, and Dollar offices within a short walk from our condo.
