Located in an executive mid-island neighborhood, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2400 sq ft water front home is the ultimate in privacy & relaxation ~~and only a couple blocks to the white sands!Whether you relax in the climate controlled pool, sunbathe on the beautiful lanai, or read in the shade, the peace and tranquility here will rest your soul.

A deck and dock sit over the water, where you may conveniently tie your watercraft during your stay, and fish from the seawall.

The 900 sq ft caged lanai is set up for entertaining: It features a pass-through window from the kitchen to the pool area to pass food & dishes while you BBQ the main course outdoors. 
The covered dining area will shelter from the weather and provide plenty of space for enjoying your feast around a table that easily seats 8.
There is a large flat screen TV on the lanai with with patio seating for everyone. 
The property provides a view over the Bay.
Flowering shrubs surround the lanai, providing privacy on each side, leaving the front open for your view over the water and Bay.

A large kitchen features double ovens, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, bakeware and servingware. You will be amazed at the ample countertop space. In the dining room, the table extends for larger groups.

In the living room, there are two recliners to view the 55″ flat screen TV which is mounted over the stone fireplace. Or you may like to snuggle in the big ‘papa bear’ chair. There are two additional sofas to go around. Plenty of seating for all!

The split floor plan provides full-wall-sliders out to the pool from the living area and BOTH master bedrooms.

Each Master bdrm has King bed and upscale furnishing. Master bdrm #1 also has dressing sink/counter/mirror located in the bedroom for her make-up station, as well as in the ensuite bathroom.
Each has a full wall of glass opening to the lanai and pool, and large window over the bed.

The third bedroom features top of the line furnishings: 2 dressers, writing desk, 2 twin beds, and full size rollaway for extra sleeping accommodation. Pack n Play for infant/toddlers along with booster high chair available upon request. 

All bedrooms have Flat screen TV, and extra-large closets.
Our guests are pampered by the thick memory foam toppers on each bed!

Guest wing has its own bath.
The third full bath centrally located in the home.

The laundry room has full size front load washer & dryer.

For the continued enjoyment of our guests, these premises are designated as a CLEAN AIR accommodation. NO SMOKING in our home, on the patio, or on the grounds.
No smoking means no smoking….

CAUTION: The back yard is fenced except on canal side. Use care in considering if this is safe for your children and your pets.

Unique Benefits

There are NO steps to enter this home. Very easy for elderly to enter. 
The screened lanai area has the pool, outdoor table that will comfortably seat 8, chaise lounges for pool side relaxation and a living area set up for watching TV.

Area Information

There is so much to see and do in the area! HUGE flea market on Fri, Sat and Sunday just 12 miles from the condo. 
There is a kiddie playground about a half mile from the condo ~~ great place to take the kids for only $2.
On the north end of the island there is a small waterpark. This is open in the warmer season, and spring break/Easter weeks. 
One of our favorite places to take guests is the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Museum in Fort Myers. Interesting even for younger kids. 
Also a couple of very large outlet malls for discount shopping within 15 miles of the condo bldg. 
Boat rentals just a mile up the beach. Kayak rentals only a mile or so south of the condo. 
Fishing charters nearby.

Favorite Places To Eat

Nervous Nellie's on the north end, Times Square area, on the Bay. 
Outdoor dining available. 

Flippers on the Bay, just off the south bridge. Turn left at 3 big highrises and go to end of the street.
